Upon our innovative vision to deploy new concept of Smart Water Metro, dedicated to cities and other locations with presence of water, we designed the very first “Sea Port”, a large multistorey structure equivalent to a main metro terminal or to an airport, equipped with all the facilities that are typical for a modern and functional passenger terminal. The structure is located slightly offshore, connected to the onshore reception building and the carpark through a panoramic bridge. The main offshore terminal offers a large waiting area, an upper floor with offices, VIP lounge, and restaurant. In the intermediate lower floor, takes place a large food court, while the lowest floor (sea level) hosts the embark gates. The structure is completely energy-independent, thanks to the extended use of photovoltaic panels and n. 2 fuel cell generators, producing electricity directly on side, via hydrogen (green process).
